What is ugnAI?
ugnAI is a customer messaging workspace for Filipino small and medium businesses. It turns Facebook Messenger conversations into tickets so teams can track status, customer details, replies, and handoffs.
Is this only for Facebook Messenger?
Facebook Messenger is the first supported channel. Instagram DM is planned under the same Meta integration setup.
Does the assistant replace agents?
No. It helps with first response, basic detail collection, and handoff. Agents still handle confirmation, exceptions, sensitive issues, and final resolution.
What kinds of businesses can use it?
It is useful for starting Filipino businesses that receive inquiries, bookings, product questions, follow-ups, or support requests through Facebook Messenger.
How does billing work?
Billing is manual during beta. DeskXP can confirm your plan and send payment instructions through invoice, bank transfer, or another agreed method.
Do I need access to the Facebook Page?
Yes. To connect Messenger, you need access to the Facebook Page you want to connect to the workspace.
Can I invite my team?
Yes. Workspace owners and admins can invite users and assign roles such as admin or agent.
Can I remove a connected Meta integration?
Yes. The Channels page includes a remove flow with confirmation before the integration is removed from the workspace.
