Data Deletion

Send a request to privacy@deskxp.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request.”

Include enough information for us to locate and verify the relevant account, workspace, channel identity, or conversation without sending passwords, one-time passwords, or sensitive credentials.

• Your full name and contact email address.
• The business or ugnAI workspace involved, if known.
• The Facebook, Instagram, email, website-chat, or other channel used.
• The approximate date of the conversation or account activity.
• A clear description of the information you want deleted.

We may ask for additional information to confirm your identity, authority, ownership of the account, or relationship to the relevant workspace.

When DeskXP processes customer information through ugnAI on behalf of a business, we may refer the request to that business or coordinate the response with its authorized representative.

• Customer profile and channel identifiers.
• Messages, attachments, tickets, and structured fields.
• AI summaries, extracted information, and workflow records.
• Workspace account information when the request is authorized.
• Eligible logs or integration data linked to the requester.

DeskXP may retain limited information when required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security investigations, dispute resolution, financial recordkeeping, enforcement of agreements, or backup lifecycle management.

Where full deletion is not appropriate, information may be restricted, anonymized, or de-identified.

Requests involving Facebook or Instagram data should identify the relevant account, Page, business, and approximate conversation date. Meta may also transmit deletion requests relating to ugnAI through its platform mechanisms for handling by DeskXP.

We will acknowledge valid requests and provide information about the next steps. Completion time depends on verification, the scope of the request, the role of the connected business, and applicable legal requirements.
