Acceptable Use Policy

You may use ugnAI only for legitimate, authorized customer messaging, support, ticketing, workflow, and related business operations.

• Illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activity.
• Phishing, impersonation, scams, or credential theft.
• Requests for passwords, OTPs, banking credentials, or full payment-card details.
• Spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or abusive automation.
• Harassment, threats, exploitation, or unlawful discrimination.
• Malware, malicious links, or harmful attachments.
• Unauthorized surveillance, data collection, scraping, or account access.
• Content that violates intellectual-property, privacy, consumer, or communications laws.

• Bypassing security, authentication, or usage restrictions.
• Testing vulnerabilities without written authorization.
• Interfering with service availability or infrastructure.
• Connecting Pages, channels, inboxes, domains, or accounts without authority.
• Violating Meta, email-provider, website, telecommunications, or other third-party platform rules.

ugnAI must not be used as the sole decision-maker for emergency, medical, legal, credit, employment, housing, insurance, law enforcement, or similarly high-impact decisions.

Businesses using ugnAI are responsible for appropriate human oversight and safeguards where customer harm could result from an inaccurate or automated response.

DeskXP may investigate suspected misuse of ugnAI and may limit, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, customers, DeskXP, ugnAI, third-party services, or legal and regulatory compliance.

Suspected misuse or abuse of ugnAI may be reported to privacy@deskxp.com.
