ugnAI is a product and service operated by DeskXP. In this Privacy Policy, “DeskXP,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to the business operating ugnAI, while “ugnAI” refers to the customer messaging, ticketing, workflow, and AI-assisted support platform offered by DeskXP.

This Privacy Policy applies to the ugnAI website, application, connected channels, customer support, and related services provided by DeskXP.

Businesses using ugnAI are generally responsible for deciding why and how their own customer information is processed. For that customer information, DeskXP, through ugnAI, generally acts as a service provider or processor on the business's instructions.

• Account information such as names, email addresses, workspace names, roles, login records, and user preferences.
• Business and workspace data such as instructions, settings, ticket fields, workflows, products, knowledge entries, and team configuration.
• Customer data such as names, contact details, channel identifiers, messages, attachments, ticket history, custom fields, and support requests.
• Connected-channel data such as Page or account identifiers, integration status, message events, and authorization credentials.
• AI-processing data such as prompts, selected conversation context, classifications, summaries, extracted fields, and generated replies.
• Technical data such as IP addresses, browser information, device information, timestamps, diagnostic events, security logs, and service usage.
• Billing, contract, and customer-support information when applicable.

• Directly from workspace owners, users, and website visitors.
• From customers communicating through connected messaging, email, or website-chat channels.
• From authorized platforms and integrations, including Meta Platforms.
• Automatically through essential cookies, logs, and security monitoring.

• Create, manage, authenticate, and secure ugnAI workspaces.
• Receive messages and convert customer conversations into structured tickets.
• Provide AI-assisted responses, classification, summaries, workflow handling, and information collection.
• Route conversations to human agents and maintain ticket and customer histories.
• Operate connected channels and send authorized responses.
• Monitor performance, detect abuse, troubleshoot problems, and improve service reliability.
• Provide customer support, manage billing, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations.

DeskXP may use AI service providers as part of ugnAI to process limited conversation context, business instructions, approved knowledge, and ticket information for purposes such as generating replies, summaries, classifications, or structured fields.

Businesses using ugnAI remain responsible for configuring their AI behavior, reviewing sensitive use cases, maintaining accurate knowledge, and deciding when human review is required.

ugnAI is not designed to collect passwords, one-time passwords, banking login information, full payment-card details, or similar credentials.

When a business connects Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, or another Meta service to ugnAI, DeskXP may process identifiers, messages, profile details made available by Meta, timestamps, attachments, and conversation events permitted through the applicable Meta APIs.

Meta platform data is processed through ugnAI to provide the messaging, ticketing, automation, AI assistance, and human-handoff functionality requested by the connected business.

Depending on the relationship and applicable law, DeskXP may process information to perform a contract, comply with a legal obligation, pursue legitimate business and security interests, or based on consent where consent is required.

Businesses using ugnAI are responsible for identifying and documenting the appropriate basis for processing their own customers' data.

DeskXP relies on infrastructure, hosting, database, AI, communications, security, and platform providers to operate ugnAI. These providers may process information only as needed to provide their services to DeskXP and support the operation of ugnAI.

DeskXP does not sell or rent personal information.

Some service providers used by DeskXP may process or store information outside the Philippines or the location of the business using ugnAI. We use contractual, organizational, and technical safeguards appropriate to the services involved.

DeskXP retains information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide ugnAI and related services, meet contractual commitments, maintain security, resolve disputes, and satisfy legal requirements.

Retention may vary by data type, workspace configuration, contract, channel limitation, backup lifecycle, or active legal obligation. Information may be deleted, aggregated, or anonymized when it is no longer required.

Subject to applicable law and appropriate identity verification, individuals may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of their personal information.

When DeskXP processes information through ugnAI on behalf of a business, we may direct the request to that business or assist the business in responding.

DeskXP uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information processed through ugnAI, including encrypted network connections, access controls, workspace-scoped authorization, private credentials, logging, and managed infrastructure.

ugnAI is a business service operated by DeskXP and is not directed to children. Businesses using the platform are responsible for ensuring their use is lawful when handling information relating to minors.

DeskXP may update this policy as ugnAI, our service providers, legal requirements, or processing activities change. The updated date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
